Enseyyul is one of the Tamil [[Sitrrilakiyam]] (minor literary) works. Prabandham is the Sanskrit word for Sitrrilakiyam.  The Enseyyul comprises of collections of 10 to 1000 poems praising the hero ([[paatudaith thalaivan]] - male protagonist) and his village.
