Literary Place

Writer A. Muttulingam says "Many incidents lie beneath the surface of my mind. It may not have seemed like a big deal when it happened. During some other event, the memory suddenly comes out like a flash of lightning. Like a turtle egg buried in the sand waiting for the right moment to be warmed by the sun, literary creation takes place at some point. The slightest spark can incite this creative process" about the style of his writing. This novel is an excellent example of his fictional style. It progresses as memories of life experiences and its insights and reaches an artistic height through them. This novel contains a depiction of other countries and their cultures which is a rarity in Tamil fiction. Different types of people, from different cultures, naturally come into it without the author's acceptance or rejection or criticism. In this way, this is a novel that gives the reader a vision of a whole world.
