N. Sriram (born on August 7, 1972) is a writer of short stories and novels. He is presently working in the Media and lives in Chennai.
Private Life
N. Sriram was born into a farmer’s family of M. Nattarayasamy and Janaki at Nallimadam village near Dharapuram in Tiruppur district. Sriram finished his bachelors degree in co-operatives.
Sriram married Radha in 2005 and they have a son Abhishek. The family lives in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
Literary Life
N. Sriram’s first short story Nettukattu Veedu was published in Kanaiyazhi in 1999. ‘Though I have been living in the city for past 20 years for the purpose of work, I am still writing about my association with the nature, the myths that fascinated me as a child, and the lives of everyone who lived in the village when I was a child,' says N. Sriram on his literary journey.
