Akazh

Akazh is a modern e-magazine for Tamil literature. It is a bi-monthly that began publishing from September 2020.

History

Akazh was started by the young writers of Sri Lanka and India to publish modern literary criticisms. It has been published continuously since September 2020.

Authors of this e-magazine state the purpose of Akazh as below -

• It began as an e-magazine to mainly focus on Eelam literature. Having transitioned into a global platform for Tamil literature, it identifies all kinds of literary developments now.
• It enables dialogues surrounding these developments.
• Continuously involved in the debate on what is serious literature? through literary criticisms and reviews.
