Steps to get a new account

1. user requests for an account from https://littamilpedia.org/index.php/Special:RequestAccount
2. You'll get a confirmation email - you have to click on confirmation link to validate email (asap)
3. after confirmation, one of the admin with "bureaucrat" permission has to approve & create the account (for admin , use this link to approve https://littamilpedia.org/index.php/Special:ConfirmAccounts)
4. You will get a temporary password once we confirm account
5. You can use the temporary password to login, it'll ask for permanent password choice - that's it you are all set.
6. if you had to edit or add pages , you need to be added to "author" group by admin (from here https://littamilpedia.org/index.php/Special:UserRights)
