Anandabodhini (1915-1960) was a multi-flavor magazine published in Tamil by N. Munisamy Mudaliar on behalf of Anandabodhini Press. Five thousand copies were printed during the first year. It was published in various forms for 25 years until 1960 with response from subscribers, and then stopped.

In 1915, Nagavedu Munisamy Mudaliar started Anandabodhini magazine. It was well received by thousands of subscribers. Fascinated by the success of Anandabodhini, two more magazines were launched by others: Anandavikatan in 1925 and Anandagunabodhini in 1926. Since both of them were in the same form as Anandabodhini, Nagavedu Munisamy Mudaliar filed a case and received the verdict in his favour. Anandavikatan reformed its structure. After Kalki became the editor, Anandavikatan continued to be successful and grew into a major magazine. Anandagunabodhini altered its name to Amirthagunabodhini, however, lost its influence gradually and disappeared in 1960.
