Karumbu Magazine

Karumbu (1953) was a children's magazine published in Tamil. Published in association with Sangu Magazine by Sangu Ganesan, who was also the editor. Later Poovannan handled the magazine as the editor (see Siruvar Ithazgal).

Publication

Karumbu was published by Sangu Ganesan from Chennai along with Sangu magazine. Children's writers like Tanjavur A. Pichai, P. Seetharaman have written for the magazine. The comic series 'Puyalin Punnagai came out as a series.
