You are the light of wisdom for the mass impacted with ignorance. In this juncture when our country is losing its charm, pulled towards slavery, dominated by externals, deficient in language, bombarded with caste politics, losing the morality, running the life without the glory of humanity, magazines such Eezha Kesari is need of the hour and this landscape needs a lot.

Citizens of this world have to accept the responsibility of being selfless and sacrifice towards the nation’s glory. In the words of Bharathi, Mother and motherland are superior to anything else. Following the footprints and wisdom of luminaries, giving the self to national loyalty is the sole responsibility of Eezha Kesari.

Ka. Sivathambi recommended that Eezha Kesari is the pioneer of non-secular magazines in Sri Lanka. He mentioned that it was founded with the grounds and agenda towards gaining political rights for Eezham.

Contents

Eezha Kesari had the primary agenda to address the challenges in Eezham politics. It frequently published articles about freedom flight against British dominance and rights for the Tamil community. Research articles pertaining to minor literary genres of Srilankan Tamil were published as well.
